EasyGrind

Zero-Gravity Grinding Solution

What is the EasyGrind?
The EasyGrind is an ergonomic surface preparation interface that eliminates the strain of handheld grinding by creating a “zero-gravity” effect.

Mounted on the SiteRunner and designed to follow welders across the deck, EasyGrind supports the full weight of the grinder tool and reduces physical stress during surface preparation. The system keeps grinders perfectly aligned and ready for use, increasing productivity while protecting worker health on the jobsite.

Advantages

  1. Ergonomic Grinding with Zero Fatigue
EasyGrind suspends the tool’s weight, allowing workers to grind longer without back, shoulder, or wrist strain.
  2. Mobile and Jobsite-Ready
Mounted on SiteRunner, EasyGrind can be re-positioned easily across large decks, ensuring consistent grinding coverage wherever it’s needed.
  3. Improved Grinding Precision
The stable mount helps maintain consistent grinder alignment, producing cleaner prep surfaces and better welds.
  4. Supports Worker Health
Reduces risk of repetitive strain injuries by transforming a labor-intensive task into a controlled, supported process.
